Requirement : Mid-Level Appian Developer

Job Description: Forge requires a Mid-Level Appian Developer to join our team supporting the US Army. This position will work closely with the government and other partners to provide expertise and support with designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Appian low-code platform. This candidate will have the ability to develop complex assignments efficiently and thoroughly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

  • Identify and evaluate new or alternate technologies to fill technical or functional gaps of the applications.
  • Manage the finances of the assigned work area (client-facing or internal).
  • Assess how the created/updated Appian objects and pull request fit into the bigger picture and spot major logic errors.
  • Communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with

  • Previous experience with database and system integration.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Have a variety of technical expertise including process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling. -
  • Possess a higher level of experience in requirement discovery, BPM Best practices, and the design and build of BPM applications, and can lead a team in these activities.
  • Worked in a variety of industries and leverage their diverse experience throughout project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Certification: Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • 2 to 4 years of experience on Appian software development team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.

  • Experience with database and system integration.

  • Ability to pass/obtain T2 background investigation

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Security+ Certification

Salary Range: $130k - $140k/yr
