About the Role

Join a leading financial institution as a Floating MSR I , providing exceptional member service while traveling between multiple branch locations. This role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to work with diverse teams across Richmond, Midlothian, and Colonial Heights.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between assigned branches to provide teller and platform banking support.
• Assist members with accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Resolve account issues and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Support branch operations, including vault and ATM procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
• Availability: Mon–Fri 8:15 am–5:30 pm, Sat 8:15 am–2:00 pm .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
