Join Richmond Mitsubishi - South as a Business Development Center Agent and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you will help drive business success while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers about vehicles and services.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and dealership promotions to better assist customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn about automotive products and services.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
