Administrative Personnel

Location : Quantico, VA

Position Type : Full-time

: The Administrative Personnel provides critical support for the coordination, documentation, and logistical execution of DCSA's leadership development training. This includes managing session schedules, LMS entries, and day-to-day communications for instructors and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule training sessions and manage rosters within the Cornerstone LMS
• Track participant attendance, coordinate room setups, and distribute materials
• Support evaluations and feedback collection across training events
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth course delivery
• Handle logistical arrangements for immersive and destination learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Forms, Excel, Teams, and Zoom
• Experience supporting federal training programs preferred
• Secret clearance required
