Position Overview:
We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join our upscale casual New American restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, beverage, and delivering elevated yet approachable dining experiences. Servers act as brand ambassadors—guiding guests through a thoughtfully curated menu while providing attentive, intuitive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests from arrival to departure
• Demonstrate full knowledge of seasonal menus, daily specials, wine lists, and craft cocktails
• Confidently guide guests through menu selections, including pairing recommendations
• Maintain strong attention to detail in order accuracy, timing, and presentation
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (wine certification a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
