Complex Group Rooms Coordinator - Hilton McLean Tysons Corner

The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and the beautiful Embassy Suites Alexandria Old Town are seeking a full-time Complex Group Rooms Coordinator to join their team! The Hilton McLean is a 458-room hotel is in the heart of Fairfax County's business district and is five minutes from the Metro Silver Line! The Embassy Suites Alexandria Old Town is a 288-suite property is across from the King St. Metro and the Alexandria Union Station.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess training/experience with OnQ/Pep, as well as Delphi FDC, who is seeking to grow their hotel career in the revenue management department!

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM

Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour [final offer based on experience]

What will I be doing?

As Complex Group Rooms Coordinator, you would be responsible for collaborating with the sales, revenue and front office departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements

• Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office

• Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers

• Coordinates and implements department activities and projects

• Provides clerical support and assistance to management - special projects as needed
