Sales Representative

NaturaLawn of America is currently interviewing for the position of Inbound Sales Rep in our Newport News and Virginia Beach offices. PLEASE NOTE-This is an IN OFFICE position---not remote. Potential 1st year earnings between $35,000 and $70,000! To be considered for this position, you will need previous experience in "over the phone" sales presentations, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Any previous consumer sales experience (NOT retail) or Home improvement (windows, siding, etc.) sales is a PLUS!

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right services to meet their needs, all while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote) that offers a stable schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate NaturaLawn services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within an assigned sales territory.
• Follow up with current customers to offer service upgrades and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in paid training to become knowledgeable about products and effective sales techniques.
• Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Compensation

• Hourly base + Biweekly Commissions AND Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Bonus'!
