Schedule: MondayFriday 10am-6pm( Henrico)

Monday-Friday 3pm-10pm &Sat-Sun 10am-2pm( Chesterfield)

Monday & Friday 9am-3pm & Tue-Thursdays 9am-3pm-5pm-8pm( Chester)

Job Type: Full -Time (Set schedule must be available forall listed hours)

Kahak Health Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals who use a wheelchair.

IMPORTANT: Applicants must be available to work the following consistent schedule:

• MondayFriday: 10am-6pm

If you are not available during these hours, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support clients with wheelchair mobility and safe transfers
• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Grocery shopping and meal prep based on dietary needs
• Monitor and document health, nutrition, and safety
• Promote community involvement and social activities
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in human services or healthcare (group homes, elder care, ABA, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Valid Drivers License
• Must pass all background screenings:
  FBI Fingerprint Check
  CPS Registry Check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
