No specialized experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification, so you feel confident in your role.
About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, guide people through scheduled sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your role focuses on building trust, providing encouragement, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team members
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
