The Front of House or guest-facing team consistently cares for guests by providing a clean and safe environment, serving great food in fast and accurate manner with the genuine hospitality that Chick-fil-A offers. Front of House team members should work all scheduled shifts, where they are trained in a variety of areas within the business to be able to work in a variety of positions. Front of House positions includes taking orders, cash handling, working indoors and out, serving in the dining room, and providing excellent guest experiences.
