We are seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with one of our talented providers, ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering top-notch care. This role requires a team player with excellent multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to superior customer service.

Within your first year, you'll establish yourself as an essential member of our care team by:

• Becoming our patients' trusted first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment where they feel heard and supported from the moment they arrive
• Building expertise in integrative medicine protocols, empowering patients to understand and embrace their personalized treatment plans
• Developing proficiency in specialized testing procedures and supplement protocols that support our innovative approach to healing

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and preparing patients for their visits, including capturing vital signs and health updates
• Coordinating comprehensive testing programs, from kit preparation to results management
• Guiding patients through their treatment protocols with clarity and compassion
• Managing inventory of specialized testing supplies and supplements with precision
• Supporting our providers during procedures and ensuring smooth patient flow
• Contributing to front desk operations when needed, maintaining our high standard of patient care

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a medical setting (required)
• A track record of exceptional patient care and attention to detail
• Natural ability to communicate complex information with clarity and empathy
• Tech-savvy mindset and adaptability to new systems
• Passion for integrative medicine and whole-person healing (preferred)
• Experience with front desk operations (preferred)
