Machine Operator Job Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday + Weekend Overtime -- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
• Pay Rate: $17 – $22/hr (depending on role)
• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean/safe work area
• Assist with basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
• Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
