Looking for qualified Resident Assistants to join our team!
Location: Newport News Nursing and Rehabilitation
Job Type: Full-Time

Major Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents while ensuring they receive the highest level of care and customer service.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and productive living environment.
- Provide respectful, professional, and understanding support that enhances quality of life.
- Work closely with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Contribute to innovative healthcare solutions that improve resident experiences and facility processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or at least two (2) years of experience in a caregiving role.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents' lives.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs.
