HVAC Experienced Lead Installer: Sign On Bonus of up to $5,000! No On-Call Required, make $90,000 - $140,000 after incentives, and flexible schedule with a potential 4 day work week.
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installers who will fit and understand our “family like” culture; share similar core values like: honesty and integrity; take tremendous pride in their work; and are extremely customer focused. As a Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and performing HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Appleton Campbell is a Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Residential Service Provider that specializes in providing the highest level of workmanship and unmatched customer service in the Northern VA area.

Requirement:
- 3-5 Years of Residential Service/Repair HVAC/Oil Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean Driving Record
- Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part of the job.
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety standards.
