A day in the life:

• Process all field employees and skilled labor time and production (payroll, timesheets, etc.)
• Process subcontract invoices, expense reports, and time off requests
• Upload and index documents into electronic document systems
• Process mobile device request and provide technology support for various types of software and hardware (specific to mobile device users)
• Assist with special events such as Open Enrollment, Jobsite Flu Clinics, and Apprenticeship
• Assist with Procore software management and maintenance

You should have:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Experience working the Construction or Building Service industry (preferred not required)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software
• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and proofreading skills
