Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary
First Heritage Mortgage, LLC (FHM) seeks a forward-thinking and creative Digital Content Specialist to join the growing Marketing Department. This position will drive the SEO, digital media, and content marketing strategies that attract new business and reinforce FHM's brand in a compelling way.
Duties
- Contribute to the strategic visions of the Marketing Department and FHM
- Work closely with other team members to maintain the company website, including building product pages, blog posts content hubs, optimizing performance, and identifying growth opportunities
- Act as subject matter expert for all functions related to the FHM marketing technology stack to include CRM platform, point-of-sale application, online reviews platform, and others as relevant
- Execute the FHM Communications Calendar: Maintain and optimize a strategy for all FHM content to include social posts, blogs, videos, seasonal and/or market-driven communications, and ongoing campaigns
- Produce original written content for the FHM website, social media, press releases, and other marketing materials
- Assist with paid campaigns to include strategy, delivery, ad format, optimization, reporting, and CRO across platforms
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important KPI data and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Consult with individual loan officers to deliver customized support and maintenance of their individual digital presence, unique brand, and marketing strategy on an as-needed basis
- Act as an internal subject matter expert regarding the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry knowledge related to the FHM
Qualifications
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Expertise in managing SEO, PPC, and digital advertising strategies
- Deep experience in working with WordPress and online CMS platforms
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and best practices
- Superior writing skills with a passion for producing great copy across mediums
- Strong knowledge of marketing research techniques and databases
- Strong business knowledge and customer service skills
- Proficiency in standard MS Office software applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Expertise in the use of online networking sites and social media publishing tools
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Familiarity with video production and editing preferred
Education and Experience
- Four-year degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- A strong online portfolio of written work and a track record of excellence

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
