Commercial Dispatcher and Service Coordinator

Duties:

• Maintaining daily/weekly schedule of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams
• Coordinating, scheduling, and communicating with customers
• Cross train in departments
• Manage customer concerns and work to resolve issues efficiently
• Other assigned duties as directed by management

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience coordinating or dispatching
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, ability to multitask, and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Experience with computer scheduling system and MS suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being able to work in a team environment as necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• All successful candidates must be able to pass the required background check and drug-screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years HVAC industry experience (preferred)
• Proven success working with multiple levels of customers (internal and external)
• Proven success increasing schedule efficiency and productivity

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
