HoneyCar is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure every vehicle meets our quality, safety, and presentation standards before delivery.

This role is critical to protecting the HoneyCar brand by preventing missed repairs, reducing comebacks, and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in excellent condition. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality finished product.

• Conduct final inspections on serviced and reconditioned vehicles

• Confirm all repairs listed on the repair order have been completed

• Perform visual inspections of safety components and workmanship

• Check fluid levels, tire pressure, and warning indicators

• Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repair quality

• Confirm no warning lights or diagnostic codes remain active

• Ensure vehicles are clean and fully ready for customer delivery

• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with technicians and service advisors

• Help reduce service comebacks by identifying missed or incomplete work

• Maintain accurate and organized inspection documentation

• Automotive or mechanical experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license required

$19 – $24 per hour based on experience

• Full-time position

• Eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws
