Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
- Completing assigned tasks within your team and independently when required
- Acting as a liaison between customers and clients
- Assisting with achieving fundraising targets
- Attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Continuously striving to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service
- Communicating with customers and ensuring requests are handled efficiently
- Producing detailed and accurate reports of donations and campaign progress
- Providing weekly progress updates to the Managing Director (or earlier if required)
- Developing excellent customer service skills aligned with company standards
- A strong desire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or customer service
- No experience necessary, but candidates must be coachable and eager to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude with enthusiasm and initiative
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
