Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Quality Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.
As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure quality control procedures adequately evaluate products, determining if methods meet reliability standards or require modification.
- Develop, modify, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for processing materials, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing functions to establish quality standards.
- Devise methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision, conducting quality assurance tests and statistical analysis to assess non-conforming products.
- Manage engineering and technical activities in Test and Evaluation Engineering, including project planning, resource acquisition, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, providing oversight of technical approaches and products while fostering employee development and motivation.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Advanced technical education (e.g., bachelor's degree).
- 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong background in quality control methodologies, including experience in designing and implementing quality evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality assurance testing, with the ability to identify deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
- Experience managing engineering and technical teams, setting operational goals, and driving process improvements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies.
- Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as Test and Evaluation Engineering.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to product quality.

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$124,000 - $162,000
