What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers trust
• Answer calls, emails, and chats about policies, claims, and billing
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options in plain language
• Help customers file claims and follow up
• Keep accurate records and stay compliant with state regulations
• Recommend additional coverage when it benefits the client

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• A self-starter who's organized and driven to succeed
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Licensed in insurance (P&C or Life & Health) or willing to get licensed we'll help !
