???? Project Manager – Strategic Banking Technology Initiative

Are you a driven Project Manager ready to take ownership of a high-visibility, complex initiative? This fully remote, 6-month contract (with potential extension) offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by untangling a stalled program and driving it toward successful execution.

This project consists of four interconnected workstreams that have lost momentum due to unclear direction. Your mission: finalize the roadmap, restore structure, and ensure delivery excellence. You’ll step in as the central driver of progress—keeping stakeholders aligned, teams accountable, and execution on track.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of the project roadmap, refining scope and deliverables.

• Lead weekly status meetings and provide concise, actionable updates to stakeholders.

• Anticipate and surface risks, rifts, and blockers before they escalate.

• Communicate with executive leadership, demonstrating strong presence and professionalism.

• Partner with business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across multiple lines of business.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in project management, ideally within financial services or banking technology .

• Experience managing strategy and operations in both horizontal and vertical domains.

• Ability to bridge conversations between technical architects and business leaders.

• A steady hand under pressure, with proven success driving clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.

????️ Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.

• Familiarity with asset cataloging and structured documentation practices.

• Exceptional written communication for executive-level reporting.

Pay Details: $57.70 to $66.33 per hour
