Program Highlights

Duration: 12-month immersive experience in hotel operations, to include rotations through various hotel departments.

Leadership Training: Get exclusive access to leadership programs in partnership with Harvard, alongside self-guided learning via LinkedIn Learning, webinars, and mentorship.

Specialization: After a general hotel rotation, you’ll focus on an area like Food & Beverage and Rooms (Front Office and Housekeeping), these functions are critical to creating a true understanding of the hotel industry and where we think the best hotel leaders start meaningful careers.

Your Day-to-Day: Rotate through all hotel departments to get a well- rounded understanding of how we operate and specialize in a specific area that will give you exposure to functional learnings, and leadership development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relocation Flexibility: Willing and able to move within the U.S.
  • Work Eligibility: Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Leadership: Experience in community leadership or student organizations.
  • Customer Service: Two years of experience (e.g., serving, babysitting, front desk, volunteering, coaching).
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
