Overview As a Physician Outreach Coordinator, youll be the bridge between our world-class physical therapy services and the medical community that trusts us with their patients care. Youll develop and nurture relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare offices to increase awareness of BioMechanics services and continue driving our mission of helping every patient achieve measurable, lasting results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams across the Virginia Beach area.
- Communicate BioMechanics patient success stories, outcomes, and programs to increase referral awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute outreach visits, presentations, and community engagement events.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow referral sources and patient volume.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an excellent experience for every referred patient.
- Monitor outreach metrics and report results to leadership on a regular basis.
- Represent BioMechanic Physical Therapy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in all community interactions.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales/ healthcare outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
