Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product & Solutions to join our Growth Team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO. This leader is a strategic, customer‑obsessed executive who owns the product and solutions vision and the portfolio strategy end‑to‑end across our healthcare software and services portfolio, with a primary focus on government healthcare programs.
This leader will drive market differentiation, revenue growth, and sustainable value creation by translating client problems and market signals into a focused roadmap, executing with discipline, and scaling world‑class product and solutions across the company. The SVP partners closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver innovative solutions that win in the market.
The SVP will oversee an integrated portfolio of both vertical and horizontal intellectual property (IP), including enterprise platforms and business-line-specific solutions such as Medicaid enterprise systems, care management, employee assistance programs, Independent Review Organization (IRO) solutions, and clinical/social assessments. The portfolio combines technology with service-based offerings to deliver high-value, compliant solutions to federal and state clients.
This role will also lead and grow a team of Product Managers, Solution Managers, and UX Designers ensuring the portfolio is not only innovative and compliant, but also intuitive, user-centered, and designed for measurable impact. This leadership role will coordinate with the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and technology groups including Centers of Excellence for AI and Analytics to deliver outstanding offerings.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Manage and develop a portfolio that balances enterprise systems with dedicated IP for specialized business lines, ensuring market differentiation and scalability, including the publication of business roadmaps.
- Integrate technical assets (software platforms, APIs, data products, AI/ML solutions) with service-based solutions delivered by people (advisory, implementation, clinical, and operational services).
- Continuously assess market dynamics, regulatory changes, and client needs in Medicaid, Medicare, VA, DoD, and related programs to anticipate opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
- Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, serving as a key partner in shaping organizational growth strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, Solution Managers, and UX Designers, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Build and strengthen the UX design function incorporating AI, ensuring that all products and services are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of diverse users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Clinical Services, Business Development, and Client Delivery to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Product Development & Execution
- Oversee the lifecycle of healthcare IP and service offerings—from ideation and design to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, publishing and managing product roadmaps tied to Acentra Health’s strategic direction.
- Ensure products comply with government healthcare requirements (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC, state-specific mandates).
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics tied to client outcomes, financial performance, user experience, and service excellence.
Innovation & Market Impact
- Drive innovation in MES modernization, care management platforms, EAP solutions, independent review services, and assessment tools that support government healthcare missions.
- Advance horizontal capabilities (e.g., interoperability, analytics, data governance, user-centered design) that strengthen all vertical offerings.
- Position the portfolio as a differentiated blend of enterprise technology platforms, business-line IP, and service-driven expertise, enabling long-term growth in government health markets.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in product leadership across government healthcare, technology and services industries.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven success managing a portfolio of both enterprise systems and business-line IP in areas such as MES, Care Management, EAP, IRO, or Assessments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (Product, Solutions, and UX Design) and collaborate across executive functions
- Understanding of U.S. government healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, DoD), including regulatory and procurement environments
- Track record introducing market-leading solutions that combine technology assets, human-centered services, and user-driven design principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in healthcare, business, or technology preferred
