What You’ll Do:
- Handle general apartment repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to keep the property safe and clean
- Manage inventory and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic HVAC knowledge and maintenance repair skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks
