Shift Lead (Promotable to Assistant Manager) - Marco’s Pizza Store #2003 (Hampton, VA)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver an amazing pizza and guest experience
- Work multiple stations: dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, register, and phones
- Run high-energy shifts while maintaining quality and speed
- Ensure every pizza meets Marco’s five-star standards
- Coach and train new team members in our culture of accountability and excellence
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the shift
- Learn key management skills: labor control, inventory, and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 18 with dependable transportation
- Restaurant or leadership experience preferred (not required if you’ve got drive)
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Available for night and weekend shifts
