As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing, packaging, and shipping orders with precision
• Organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maximizing warehouse space for efficiency
• Receiving, unloading, and placing inventory items
• Verifying and fulfilling customer invoices
• Following safety and hygiene protocols
• Handling materials, picking, and loading tasks

• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse data systems
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• A team-first attitude and excellent organizational skills

You’ll be based in a clean, non-climate-controlled warehouse located on our client’s manufacturing site. It’s a hands-on role supporting production and logistics.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
