Inventory Control Technician I
- Always Adhere to Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Accurately picks and stages various types of work orders.
- Moves Inventory to designated, pickable stock locations.
- Performs basic functions in our ERP system, including:
- Conducting summary availability searches
- Processing inventory transfers
- Participating in periodic inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Utilizes ComplianceWire, MasterControl, and Windchill for required training and documentation activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of company products and processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating successfully within a team environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed work instructions and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Basic math proficiency and the ability to perform accurate calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- May be required to work in a cleanroom environment while following applicable gowning and safety procedures.
- Work is typically performed in a light manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
