Responsibilities: Facilitate virtual therapy sessions and empower clients on their mental health journey. Foster a supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and experiences. Partner with clients to define and achieve meaningful personal goals. Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Proven experience in therapy delivery and crafting individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication skills, fostering trust and engagement in virtual settings. Proficient in utilizing online therapy platforms.
