About The Role

Peraton has an opportunity for you to join our military intelligence program (s) of record to deliver, operate and sustain modernized, transformed data science/ data analysis environments worldwide that enable speedy and precise decision making to warfighters .

Responsibilities:

Th e Senior Manager, Object Based Intelligence (OBI ) and An a lytics is responsible for leading a team in t he collect ion , analy sis , and synthesi zation of intelligence from various sources to provide actionable insights and reports . Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

  • Lead all source intelligence analysis o n a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate analysts / technical resources , in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Lead a team focused on providing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) expertise and support to the customer.
  • Engage with the customer and team to develop detailed project plans, guidance, and oversee their implementation.
  • Manage d ata c ollection and a nalysis from multiple and complex information/ data sources.
  • Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and briefings that facilitate quality decision making .
  • Drive a culture of continual collaboration betw een analysts, data system user s and stakeholders to continually enhance data quality and intelligence assessments.
  • Monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities , providing timely analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements.
  • Produce tailored intelligence products and services, including threat studies and operational assessments with recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise analysts, customers and stakeholders .
  • Maintain knowledge of current events, geographical factors and emerging threats to inform analysis, reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to customers and senior leadership on status, performance, risk mitigation, opportunities and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver the required contract reports / deliverables .
  • Foster collaborative and high-performing team environment s , ensuring effective communication and coordination across roles and stakeholders, to include all relevant levels of customer engagement .
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Hire qualified personnel, a ssign staff , and provid e technical direction as necessary to successfully complete milestones and deliverables.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data integration solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and interoperability of OBI workflows and outputs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and visualization processes.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 12 years of applicable work experience, including personnel management experience, preferably in government or defense-related programs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in work ing collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • U nderstanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing situations and lead the team to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people management, customer relationship management, and mission success experience.
  • Ability to build and lead high performing teams across functional and customer entities.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and techniques, including Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
  • Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD).
  • Certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture ( s ) and tools (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.

S ecurity C learance :

  • This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required t o hold this clearance.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
