Core Responsibilities :
- Support data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation activities across clinical, readiness, manpower, and administrative datasets.
- Assist with data integration from multiple sources using extract-based workflows (e.g., CSV, Excel, SQL queries).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support TRM planning and operational reporting.
- Perform basic exploratory analysis and trend analysis to support readiness and performance reporting.
- Support senior data scientists and analysts with documentation, metric definitions, and analytic deliverables.
- Execute SQL queries and scripts to support recurring reports and ad hoc analysis requests.
- Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to routine updates, briefings, and analytic products used by leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance :
This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. This position may also require the ability to obtain a higher security clearance.
Work Environment :
Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings
