Power Apps Support Analyst
Atlas Technologies, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated Power Apps Support Analyst to join our group of Information Technology professionals. The Power Apps Support Analyst (Mid-Level) provides Level 2 support for applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving moderately complex issues, supporting deployments and enhancements, and ensuring stable, reliable operation of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. The analyst works closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to maintain high-quality service.
This position is pending funding approval. We are posting the role in anticipation of receiving the necessary authorization. While we are actively engaging with candidates and conducting preliminary screenings, final hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and customer approval.
You Will
- Provide Level 2 application support for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Investigate and resolve application, workflow, and data-related issues
- Analyze logs, run histories, and error messages to identify root causes
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in Dataverse and SharePoint
- Support application releases, updates, and environment promotions
- Perform functional testing and regression testing for changes and fixes
- Escalate defects and complex issues to development teams with clear documentation
- Assist with minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data corrections
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ITSM processes
You Have
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must possess and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
- 2–4 years of experience in Power Apps or business application support
- Hands-on experience supporting Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
- Good understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and related data sources
- Ability to troubleshoot Power Fx logic, workflows, and connector issues
- Familiarity with Power Platform environments, solutions, and ALM concepts
- Experience working with ITSM tools and incident/problem management processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI report support or troubleshooting
- Exposure to Azure AD, security roles, and identity concepts
- Microsoft certification such as PL-200, PL-100, or PL-900
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments
- Basic scripting or automation experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience supporting production Power Platform applications
