We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for estimating and managing commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, experience in quoting commercial HVAC systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
• Manage ongoing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop project scopes and costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout all phases of a project.
• Use project management software (Build Pro or similar) to track and manage project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

​Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial HVAC estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in Build Pro or similar commercial project management software preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:

• Pay rates will be based on experience and will be a considerable amount higher with HVAC experience.
