What is the opportunity?

Survey designers assist Licensed Surveyors preparing subdivision and site documents for recordation and field construction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Wall check and location drawings
• As-builts
• Exhibits
• Plot plans
• House stakeout comps
• Sketches & Legal Descriptions
• Minor design and computations
• Design plans that are recorded in State/county records

Does this describe you?

• Ability to take direction and learn additional design skills

Do you have these ?

• 5-8 years of previous related experience
• Associates or equivalent education preferred
