What you will do

• · Assess clients’ needs, existing conditions, and set expectations based upon budget.
• · Design home additions, and renovations tailored to client needs and budget.
• · Prepare detailed, modelled Construction Documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and additional Autodesk and other platforms.
• · Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, permitting officials, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and success.
• · Draft reports, proposals, and contracts; adapt plans as necessary during the construction process.
• · Be a vital team member supporting and influencing our lean, effective, in-house team.

What you bring

• · A minimum of 7 years of experience in Architectural construction documents, permitting, and design
• · Ability to quickly assess existing conditions
• · Proficiency in Revit and other relevant platforms, experienced in creating comprehensive architectural designs and construction documents.
• · Technical knowledge of surveys/plats and zoning regulations and how they impact project designs.
• · Technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and ability to design, create framing plans, building sections, and details
• · A keen eye for detail and a talent for both the creative and technical aspects of architecture
• · Keen desire to collaborate, support, and enhance your in-house team’s culture, experience, and capabilities.
