Job Title: Production Line Associate

Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our production team. As a Production Line Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate, control, and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure the safe and efficient production of goods.
2. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and deviations from quality standards. Report any issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
3. Assembly and Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company guidelines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
4. Material Handling: Safely handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
6. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues for prompt repair.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality control personnel, to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
8. Documentation: Complete production and quality reports as required, accurately recording production data.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and potentially hot/cold environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
