Were looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Fairfax office at Designers Insurance Agency Inc (Anthony Cancel Allstate Insurance).
This is an in-office position focused on providing exceptional customer service and supporting agency operations. You'll help ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience while assisting our sales and service teams.
Training and Growth

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- In-office only (3554 Chain Bridge Rd., Ste 402, Fairfax, VA 22030)
- Weekends and major holidays off

- Participate in daily team huddles and support agency goals
- Assist clients by phone, email, and in-person
- Process policy changes, payments, and service requests
- Manage administrative tasks and client documentation
- Coordinate client onboarding and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to the team
- Contribute to a positive and professional office culture
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and goal-focused
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications to become an Allstate Insurance professional
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
