Were looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Fairfax office at Designers Insurance Agency Inc (Anthony Cancel Allstate Insurance).

This is an in-office position focused on providing exceptional customer service and supporting agency operations. You'll help ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience while assisting our sales and service teams.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• In-office only (3554 Chain Bridge Rd., Ste 402, Fairfax, VA 22030)
• Weekends and major holidays off

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and goal-focused
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Willingness to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications to become an Allstate Insurance professional
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
