What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role with CARE

As an HVAC Service Technician at AllTech Services, you’re not just fixing systems—you’re transforming homes and lives. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while living out our CARE values:

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred but not required)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces and on ladders
