We are currently looking for a Content Cleaning Supervisor at our Norfolk location.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Content Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to scheduling and task management, and a hands-on attitude toward training and quality control. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Be able to effectively communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner
Ability to learn and understand the techniques and procedures for cleaning household goods
Schedule jobs to be cleaned and ensure staff is effectively cleaning job
Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning room ensuring the proper staffing levels
Inventory and reorder of supplies
Oversee audits , quality control checks and maintaining detailed inventory of cleaning jobs
Train all new hires in the basics of the job

Requirements:

Must pass a drug test and background check, and possess a valid drivers license
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing 5 or more employees
