BLN24 is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

What you bring to the Game:

Key Skills:
  • 4-6 years AWS Development Experience: Expertise in AWS cloud, DevSecOps environments, serverless resources (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront), and microservices (Spring/Spring Boot).
  • Frontend & Backend Development: Professional experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and delivering client-side/server-side applications.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Skilled in pipeline automation (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) with code linting, testing, and coverage compliance.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Proficient in deploying and managing Kubernetes (or EKS) clusters and containerized solutions.
  • Data Engineering: Strong skills in building scalable ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Apache Spark, and ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Agile & Collaboration Tools: Experience with Jira, Git, and Confluence for team coordination across hybrid/multi-cloud solutions.
  • Cloud Architectures: Knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud environments, serverless design, and large-scale system coordination.
  • Security Clearance Eligibility: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal background clearance.
  • Additional Skills: Data validation frameworks, maintaining scalable data pipelines, and working with leadership to manage complex technical deliverables.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, equivalent technical experience.
Nice to Haves:
  • Technical Leadership: Experience in leadership roles, collaborating on Federal IT proposals, and working with business development teams as a full-stack developer and technical SME.
  • AWS Certification: Holding or pursuing an AWS certification to enhance expertise and fill potential skill gaps.
  • Automated Deployments: Proficiency in automating deployments and designing robust code branching strategies.
  • Serverless Development : Experience developing with Python and Java in serverless environments.
