Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join an advanced imaging team as an MRI Technologist in Forest, VA, supporting a high-tech facility equipped with Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity for experienced MRI techs eager to work in a cutting-edge environment focused on neurologic, spine, body, musculoskeletal, cardiac, and breast imaging.

Position Details:

• Travel assignment with a firm start date of June 1st (orientation occurs every other Monday)
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignments conclude on Saturdays
• Locals are not eligible for this role
• Prior travel experience is mandatory for all candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI imaging across multiple specialties including neuro, spine, body, MSK, cardiac, and breast
• Operate and troubleshoot Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI equipment
• Adhere to patient safety and quality standards during imaging procedures
• Submit IVS reviews to the manager
• Follow site-specific protocols and regulations, including Covid/flu vaccination policies where applicable

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in relevant specialties
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous travel MRI technologist experience is required
• All radiologic technologist orders (RTO) and required documents must be submitted with the application packet
