Crew Leader (Valley Tree)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew to perform tree maintenance, trimming, and removal services.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to enhance performance and skills.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in arborist services or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
- Must pass a drug test.
