Training Site Coordinator
Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.Position OverviewThe Training Site Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of a Saronic training site, ensuring that training programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational standards.This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, resources, and communication across training events, supporting both internal and customer-facing programs. The Training Site Coordinator works closely with the Mission Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, instructors, technicians, and training improvement personnel to enable seamless training delivery.This is not a technical training, instructional design, or engineering role. Instead, it operates at the intersection of planning, logistics, and execution—ensuring that all elements required for successful training are in place and aligned.Core Responsibilities:1. Training Event Planning & SchedulingCoordinate scheduling of training courses across internal and customer programsMaintain training calendars, resource allocation plans, and instructor schedulesEnsure alignment between site-level execution and headquarters training plansTrack course capacity, enrollment, and attendance across training eventsSupport long-range planning in coordination with the Mission Training Manager and Training Operations Manager2. Training Logistics & Site OperationsCoordinate all logistics required for training execution, including classrooms, vessels, equipment access, and materialsEnsure training spaces are prepared, organized, and ready for deliverySupport setup and teardown activities in coordination with Training TechniciansManage on-site flow of training events, including check-in, coordination, and issue escalationMaintain site readiness for concurrent or high-tempo training operations3. Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the central coordination point between:Mission Training Manager (site leadership)Training Operations Manager (planning and oversight)Lead Instructors (delivery execution)Training Site Technicians (technical readiness)Training Improvement Specialists (quality and standardization)Communicate schedule changes, requirements, and updates across stakeholdersEnsure all parties are aligned on training plans, timing, and resource needs4. Administrative Support & ReportingMaintain training records, attendance logs, and completion trackingSupport data entry and reporting within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal toolsGenerate reports on training throughput, utilization, and scheduling performanceAssist with documentation of training events, including rosters, schedules, and coordination artifactsSupport audit readiness and compliance documentation as required5. Customer & Participant ExperienceServe as a primary point of contact for trainees during training eventsCoordinate onboarding, check-in, and day-to-day administrative support for participantsEnsure a professional, organized, and high-quality training experienceEscalate issues impacting training delivery or participant experience6.
