Events Assistant - Entry-Level Opening
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Event Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our events. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and management in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing various events, including logistics coordination and vendor management.
- Maintain open communication with vendors, sponsors, and participants to address their needs and questions.
- Manage event materials and supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are readily available.
- Provide support in administrative tasks such as drafting event timelines, preparing documents, and maintaining databases.
- Be an integral part of on-site event management, handling attendee registration and providing information to participants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall event experience.

- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required during events.
