We're looking for a sharp and motivated Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and love diving into data, this might be your kind of role. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and someone who's comfortable navigating a large, complex ERP system.

In this role, you'll work closely with finance, sourcing, customer service, and global cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and reporting accurate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis

• Help track and report R&D spending

• Handle fixed asset administration

• Process customer and vendor setup forms

• Prepare tax forms (W-9s, sales tax exemptions, etc.)

• Maintain approval workflows in the ERP system

• Manage manual payments and intercompany transfers

• Assist with royalty calculations and related payments

• Support Channel Marketing Fund processes

• Assist with compiling sales reports

• Take on data cleanup projects to improve financial reporting accuracy

• Pitch in on various administrative and financial tasks as they come up

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or business administration

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

• Experience managing fixed assets

• Solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP or similar

• Strong Excel skills
