ARE YOU THE EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLER WE NEED?

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM. As our Experienced HVAC Installer, your day starts at our central location before heading out to job sites to install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and more. You'll handle everything from setting ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections to charging systems and performing vacuum pulls. You'll work closely with apprentices, electricians, and other techs to complete each job efficiently while keeping communication open and documentation detailed. You'll also interact directly with homeowners or site supervisors, explaining system operation and maintenance, all while keeping the job site clean and organized from start to finish.

• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
• Experience communicating systems
• Valid driver's license

Having high proficiency in sheet metal ductwork fabrication is preferred.
