Federal Sales Representative- Federal Civilian/ DOD/ National Security

JSI USA is seeking an experienced Federal Sales Representative to drive the adoption of JSI’s software solutions within federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling complex software to the federal government, with a strong preference for experience in lawful interception, investigative data fusion, or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Develop and manage relationships with key federal stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Understand customer missions and requirements to position JSI’s solutions as mission-critical tools.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with JSI’s technical, product, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the Company, its philosophy and its products at a number of events and forums such as Trade Shows, Conferences and private meetings.
- Plan, organize, register and attend Trade Shows and Conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical degree preferred).
- Eight (8) + years of successful software /solution sales experience in the federal space.
- Demonstrated success selling technical solutions to federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, budgets and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling lawful intercept, AI-enabled communications data analysis software, or investigative data fusion solutions.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus) Spanish, Arabic or French).
