Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Virginia Beach, VA

COMPENSATION: Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:
· Compensation: $140k
· Bonus: Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
· 18-20 patients a day
· Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
· Work/Life Balance
· Small Patient Panel 450 patients max
· Administrative time included in schedule
· No nights or weekends
· 100% outpatient

· Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA, Scheduler & Referal Speecialist
· Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

· Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

· 2 + years NP outpatient primary care experience

· Geriatric experience (preferred)
