Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire two Elementary Autism Support Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism

* Implementing and tracking IEP goals

* Collaborating with teachers, families, and service providers

* Using evidence-based strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence

* Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student growth

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's preferred)

* Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure

* Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities

* Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
